Kerry Lee is the President and Chair Professor of Child Development at Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education, a role he took on in November 2024. Previously, he served as Head of the Early Childhood Education Department and Director of the Centre for Educational and Developmental Science at The Education University of Hong Kong. He had also served as an Associate Dean at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where he co-founded the Centre for Research in Child Development.
His research focuses on mathematical achievement and the development of executive functioning. He was recognised by Stanford University as one of the world’s top 2% most-cited scientists. He holds a PhD from Macquarie University and remains actively engaged in international academic research networks.
